Conditions
Full refund or exchange for manufacturer defects and damage, or customer dissatisfaction. No returns accepted that are postmarked more than 7 days after receipt of original package. No returns on items damaged by the customer, in less than new condition, or that are missing any original packaging or components.
Costs
Benrido will reimburse all return shipping and tax costs because of manufacturer defect or damage, provided proof of payment. Return shipping and tax expenses because of customer dissatisfaction must be paid by the customer.
